For more than 20 years, I’ve been telling the stories of Mason County from the KMAS Radio studio (AM 1030 / FM 103.3) in Shelton, where I’m a co-owner. Whether I’m behind the mic, hosting an event, or sitting down for a one-on-one interview, I love connecting with the people who make this community what it is.

Beyond radio, I work with Explore Hood Canal to promote tourism and events across the region, serve as a CTE Academy Navigator with the Shelton School District, and the Chief Partnerships Officer at 360West Workforce where we develop meaningful experiences in real-world setting for students in the region. I also have been the primary Public Adress Announcer for FC Olympia, the South Sound’s premier USL2 and USLW soccer club. Through my production company, The Anecdotalist, I bring interviews, event coverage, and community stories to life.

Looking to sit down for an interview, have me emcee or host your event, or just connect? I’d love to hear from you.

Chasing Finish Lines

When I’m not behind a microphone, I’m usually somewhere between a start line and a finish line. I’ve pedaled the 204 miles from Seattle to Portland on the STP, crossed the finish at two Ironman 70.6 triathlons, and participated twice in the Hood to Coast with a van full of people who smelled worse than me by the end of it. Add a Ragnar Relay, three marathons, and well over a dozen half-marathons, and you’ll understand why my closet has more finisher shirts than dress shirts.
